Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2026•Version: 3.4.1•Document ID: ROB-SEC-PRIV-2026

Core Privacy Commitment

Roboticality Autonomous Systems Inc. ("Roboticality", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to absolute transparency and unyielding data privacy. We engineer physical AI, autonomous humanoid platforms, and neural motor intelligence. We treat all industrial telemetry, spatial environment maps, and enterprise operational data as strictly confidential customer property. We never sell, monetize, or broker your facility data.

  • Zero third-party monetization of raw spatial or vision feeds
  • AES-256-GCM hardware-level encryption at rest & TLS 1.3 in transit
  • Configurable on-premise edge computing with zero mandatory cloud uplink

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal, technical, and operational data collected through:

  • Our corporate websites, portals, and telemetry consoles (collectively, the "Services").
  • Autonomous robotic units, including the Aura-1 Humanoid, Aura-Core intelligence compute modules, and specialized robotic chassis.
  • Enterprise management dashboards, reservation interfaces, and engineering telemetry diagnostics.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to operate high-precision robotics, ensure biological safety, and deliver mission-critical support:

A. Enterprise Account & Inquiry Information

When reserving a unit, subscribing to Engineering Telemetry updates, or contacting our deployment engineering team, we collect your name, organizational email address, corporate entity name, facility specifications, and intended operational workload.

B. Physical AI & Kinematic Telemetry

To guarantee stability and detect mechanical fatigue before critical failure occurs, deployed units record localized kinematic telemetry:

  • Actuator torque, angular velocity, and harmonic drive temperature profiles.
  • IMU dynamic equilibrium data, gait cycle harmonics, and step cadence metrics.
  • Power consumption, thermal dissipation gradients, and solid-state battery cell degradation status.

C. Spatial Perception & Optical Feeds

Aura-1 robots utilize stereo optical depth arrays, LiDAR point clouds, and tactile capacitive skin arrays to navigate complex physical spaces. By default, all raw visual feeds are processed locally on the robot's dual neural compute modules in volatile memory and are immediately discarded. Only vectorized spatial obstacle occupancy grids are retained for real-time path planning.

3. How We Use Collected Data

We process operational and telemetry data strictly for legitimate engineering and safety purposes:

  • Executing autonomous operations, collision avoidance protocols, and emergency reflex halts.
  • Predictive maintenance alerts: identifying harmonic drive wear prior to structural compromise.
  • Firmware validation: testing neural reflex arc performance against high-frequency physical dynamics.
  • Enterprise account administration, warranty verification, and priority manufacturing logistics.

4. Edge Computing & Data Sovereignty

Roboticality is architected around the principle of Edge Sovereignty. Enterprise clients operating in defense, cleanrooms, or proprietary semiconductor fabrication facilities can configure our robots to run completely air-gapped without external network connectivity.

In air-gapped deployments, zero telemetry or spatial data leaves your local network perimeter. Software updates and neural weight calibrations are delivered via cryptographic enterprise signing keys through your internal deployment pipelines.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. We disclose data solely under the following limited conditions:

  • Certified Service Partners: Vetted cloud infrastructure providers (such as ISO 27001/SOC 2 Type II certified datacenters) under strict non-disclosure and security covenants.
  • Regulatory & Safety Compliance: When strictly mandated by applicable physical robotics safety oversight bodies or binding court orders.
  • Corporate Restructuring: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to the acquiring party honoring this policy.

6. Security Architecture

Our hardware and software pipelines implement rigorous defense-in-depth security standards:

  • Hardware Root of Trust (RoT) cryptographic chips embedded in all Aura neural cores.
  • Cryptographically verified secure boot preventing unauthorized firmware modifications.
  • End-to-end TLS 1.3 with mutual certificate authentication (mTLS) for all diagnostic telemetry uplinks.
  • Continuous third-party penetration testing and vulnerability mitigation audits.

7. Your Rights & Data Retention

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and relevant enterprise privacy frameworks), you maintain the right to:

  • Access and receive a full export of your organizational account records and historical telemetry.
  • Request the complete deletion of telemetry archives associated with decommissioned units.
  • Revoke consent for non-essential engineering diagnostic analytics at any time.

8. Contact & Data Protection Officer

If you have any questions, compliance requests, or wish to exercise your legal data rights, please contact our Data Protection Office:
